At  Arhaus, our goal is to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and reliable from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your doorstep.

We currently ship within the United States only.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • During sales, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days

Expedited Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or destination.


Furniture & Oversized Item Delivery

Large furniture items such as tables, chairs, and outdoor furniture may ship separately and require additional handling time.

For oversized deliveries:

  • Delivery appointments may be scheduled in advance.
  • An adult (18+) must be available to receive and inspect the delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring items fit through doorways, hallways, stairways, and elevators before purchase.
  • Please ensure the delivery area is clear and accessible prior to arrival.

At this time, we do not offer assembly or installation services.

  • All contiguous United States

We do not currently ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • International destinations

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information.

If you do not receive tracking details within a few business days after placing your order, please contact us.


Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in multiple packages depending on product availability, warehouse location, or package size.

You may receive separate tracking numbers for different items in your order.


Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item/package (if applicable)

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
